"Guilherme did the catering for our wedding and it was simply amazing. After working in top kitchens, from lower to highest ranking, he’s now a private chef. It’s easy to see he knows what he’s doing. I won’t say much about how delicious his food is, that’s pretty obvious by the amount of great reviews he has. The extra praise I want to share is about his dedication, hard work and willingness to make things work despite the hurdles. We did our reception in a pub that didn’t have a kitchen, and they made things extra hard by not allowing him behind the bar do use the sink! Guilherme didn’t even blink, just made it work – brought his own equipment, water supply, took care of logistics. It was flawless.
He made canapes, finger food and hot dishes. Plus sweets. All delicious, to a party of 80 hungry people. Also, his team was so nice and efficient – I had guests commenting how sweet the waiter was, for example.

I used Guilherme to cater a hen dinner party for 9 people. He delivered exceptional quality, presentation and taste in every dish. Each and every guest (even the gluten free eaters) commented on how delicious each dish was.
Guilherme was a pleasure to have as part of our evening. He arrived with eveything (literally everything down to cutlery and crockery), ensured food was ready in a timely manner and tidied up the entire kitchen after use.
Communication before the dinner party was spot on and Guilherme has great humor and conversation.
