Meet The Chef
Chef Guilherme Leite was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, grew up in an environment where food was the center of the attention.
First time in a professional kitchen was back to the year of 2008 being part of a basic culinary skills course.
Since 2014 working for the best hotels and restaurants in Mayfair & City of London he absorbed valuable experience garnered from the Head Chefs he worked with.
Before he decided change the path of his career and moving to his solo endeavor, he has been the Executive Head Chef at a restaurant and wine bar in South East London, owned and directed by a former 3* Michelin chef.

Guilherme played a fantastic role in providing a super menu for my mum’s 60th birthday dinner at a holiday home we had hired. Guilherme was fast at communicating, extremely accommodating to all our dietary requirements (there were a few!) and he also left the kitchen spotless and smelling amazing! It was a fantastic idea to do this for a group of 9 of us. A lovely meal, options to choose from and the best part - no clearing up!!! Thank you Guilherme. Highly recommend.
